Manufacturing Process

Pattern Making

Digital or manual patterns are developed for different sizes.

Here's our most sizes:

Youth Sizes: Y-S, Y-M, Y-L, Y-XL

Adult Sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL

Ladies Sizes: L-XS, L-S, L-M, L-L, L-XL, L-2XL

Cutting Fabric

Cutting Department where cutting is carried out with the help of Card Board Patterns.
These panels of each garment are numbered in order to ensure quality & mixing of different panels.

Cutting completes in few steps:

Laying out all panels of a garment on a table.
Checking the matching, shading, size, & quality of all panels.
Checking the marking on all panels.
Sending related panels to printing department.

Printing

We are offering multiple printing types. After receiving panels, we start printing on it.

Printing options:

Direct-to-Film (DTF)
Screen Printing
Puff Printing
Sublimation
Embroidery

Stitching

The Stitching Department receives the numbered panels, which are stitched through a highly efficient & specialized Chain-system.
Optimum utilization of work specialization is achieved by assigning the stitching of different parts to each link in the chain.
Regular production of garments only begins once the first piece made has been checked and approved.
Each relevant line-checker ensures 100% inspection of all garments.

Finishing

Finishing of garments is carried out through various operations like buttoning, sewing, riveting, ironing, trimming, polishing & touching.
All garments are thoroughly checked from all aspects inclusive of fabric, stitching, styling, accessories, & finish. Any garment found non-conforming to the set quality standards are sent back for rework.

Packaging

After inspection of all items, products packed as single item in each poly bag.
Packed every items in a box to hand over to delivery agency.
It will be delivery to your doorstep after hand over to agency.
